Provo River Restoration

The Provo River is about to be moved as part of a federal effort to restore it. This is, not surprisingly, a somewhat controversial move, but one that certainly has both pros and cons.

However, as Mayor Curtis points out, there’s not much use in debating a project that is moving forward either way. What we can debate, on the other hand, it was happens to Provo after this project is completed. That link in the beginning of this paragraph includes information about a meeting on this topic. The meeting will be help Thursday at 7 p.m., at the Utah Lake State Park Visitor’s Center.
