Go To Sundance

One of the very best things about living in Utah is the Sundance Film Festival. And guess what, it started this week. I could go on and on about the benefits of Sundance to the local economy — when I was at the Provo airport, for example, a celebrity’s jet had recently landed — but as much as anything it’s just really exciting to head up to the festival and see some great films before any one else.

There are many ways to do Sundance, but if you’re like me you always wait until the last minute to make a plan. So, to make it easier, I wrote this guide two years ago. Yes, it’s getting a little bit old now, but by and large it’s still applicable. So good luck and enjoy. Whether you go up to celebrity watch, or to see a a completely-under-the-radar doc, it’s something you should not miss.
