Communal Buys Mountain West Burrito

This was the announcement on MWB’s Facebook page:

Mountain West Burrito changed ownership yesterday and is now owned by the Heirloom Restaurant Group. Colton Soelberg, Joseph McRae, and the Heirloom Restaurant Group also own the fantastic local restaurants Pizzeria 712 and Communal. I approached Colton as a potential successor because I know he is committed to great food and treating customers and employees with great respect. All of our kitchen crew, the amazing hands that actually make the food so special, are staying on to make sure that nothing changes. I will be returning home to California and then traveling slowly in Mexico. I have truly loved this past year and thank you all for making an old gas station a very special place to work. -Joe Swain
