Public Transit Saves Fuel and the Environment

Provo is a great place for public transit, but becoming even greater would mean saving a lot of money. Or, at least, that’s what Kaid Benfield argued in July.

Via a series of info graphics from Sustainable Cities Collective, Benfield’s post looks at bus, rail, van pools and more. The point is that these forms of transit have a huge impact. I’m still out of the country at the moment and don’t have time to write much more than that, but I highly recommend checking out Benfield’s post.
